All orders are processed on receipt of cleared funds.

If paying by cheque please allow upto 5 working days for the cheque to clear.

Returns

If any item is found to be faulty, please return it and we will be glad to replace it.

Please note that we cannot accept liability for problems caused by inexperienced users who may damage the item whilst fitting.

Please do not return any item without first receiving proper authorisation.

Please also note that if a fault is found to be caused by the user the product will be returned to the customer in the same condition it was received.
